Ph.D. and master students (with valid student ID) from all over the world are encouraged by abiosus e.V. to present their current work on the chemical usage of renewable raw materials as a discussion lecture or a poster to an international conference having a focus on renewables and/or Sustainable Chemistry taking place in Germany.
Ph.D. and master students of German universities can apply for a travel grant to participate in a respective conference taking place anywhere in the world. For this purpose a limited number of travel grants of up to 1,000 € will be available.
An application for a travel grant is also possible to perform a research visit having a focus on renewables and/or Sustainable Chemistry, by students from Germany in a research group anywhere in the world, by international students in a research group in Germany. In this case, the application should include a short CV, a short outline of the research project and a recommendation letter from the supervisor.
